This order form is for custom Silhouette cuttings.  Please fill out the information below, most importantly your name and email contact. Once I receive your inquiry I will contact you to request a profile picture of the subject(s). If you would prefer, submit this form and email your photograph(s) directly to brownpapercutter@gmail.com with “Silhouette Inquiry” and your name in the subject line. (Pet silhouettes are nothing to be ashamed of… just saying).
